Each plan is offered on a monthly basis with no lock-in period. They can be taken individually or combined, and residents often start with one programme to see how it fits before deciding whether to add another. There is no sales process — just a conversation and a visit.

Social circles and the studio are available without residential accommodation — for older adults who live nearby and want structured social time.
All-Inclusive Pricing
Prices are fixed and include everything listed. No additional fees for participating in activities included in the plan.
Companion Circles
Small social groups meeting through the week for tea, card games, mahjong and shared stories. Hosts simply hold the room — no one is pushed to join in, and sessions run at a pace that allows conversation to develop naturally.
